The Cardinals will keep at least one of their defensive stars in the desert.

It was reported Wednesday that defensive end Chandler Jones would receive a big-money contract from the Cardinals. Now we know how much Arizona paid to keep the 27-year-old pass rusher.

Jones and the Cardinals have finalized a five-year contract, the team announced Friday. The new deal will pay Jones $83 million with $53 million guaranteed, according to CBS Sports.
